SY Tray Series– Kraft Paper Meat Trays for Food Packaging

The SY Series is a patented paperboard tray collection created for businesses that need dependable presentation, portion flexibility and efficient handling across fresh-food operations. Its softly angled octagonal profile gives packaged products a distinctive shelf appearance while avoiding the sharp corners commonly found on standard rectangular trays.

The range includes five models: SY-2.0CB at 205 × 203 mm, SY-2.5CB at 237 × 203 mm, SY-3.0CB at 243 × 237 mm, SY-3.5CB at 273 × 209 mm, and SY-4.0CB at 295 × 226 mm. Buyers may select natural kraft, white, or white paperboard with a printed wood-grain finish for every size, making it easier to coordinate packaging with retail concepts, private labels and food categories.

Each tray is manufactured from food-grade paperboard and finished with a PE coating to improve protection against grease and moisture. Pre-scored forming lines enable the tray to take shape without adhesive at the rim. Double-folded edges, central reinforcement folds and closely joined panels support rigidity, helping the tray retain its form when filled, stacked or transported. Horizontal recesses in the base help reduce food movement and provide a more stable surface for chilled or prepared items.

The wide rim can be used with PE film sealing or overwrapped with cling film after filling. Embossed symbols may identify food-contact suitability, paper material and recycling information without adding printed ink to the base. Smoothly finished edges also support safer manual handling in packing areas.
