New Kraft Paper Meat Trays Series for Food Packaging Solutions

As the global food packaging industry continues to move toward more sustainable, lightweight and functional solutions, we are introducing our new YN Series and SY Series patented kraft paper meat trays. Designed for fresh food packaging, retail supermarkets, food delivery and catering applications, these two product ranges combine innovative appearance design, reliable structural performance and multiple size options to meet diverse packaging requirements while enhancing product presentation and brand value.

The YN Series includes three models: YN-1CB, YN-3CB and YN-5CB. Available sizes are 198 × 154 mm, 198 × 170 mm and 251 × 131 mm.

The SY Series provides an expanded selection with five models: SY-2.0CB, SY-2.5CB, SY-3.0CB, SY-3.5CB and SY-4.0CB, covering sizes from 205 × 203 mm to 295 × 226 mm. Together, these two ranges offer flexible packaging options for meat, seafood, fruit, salads, bakery products, prepared meals and deli foods.

Both kraft paper meat tray series are available in natural kraft, white, and white paperboard with a printed wood-grain finish. This allows food brands, supermarkets and packaging distributors to select suitable appearances according to different merchandising concepts, private-label programs and market positioning.

Made from food-grade paperboard, the trays feature a PE-coated surface for improved resistance to grease and moisture. Reinforced folded rims, stable base structures and anti-slip grooves help maintain tray shape and reduce food movement during filling, display and transportation. Smoothly finished edges also improve handling safety throughout production and retail operations.

The YN and SY kraft paper meat trays are compatible with PE film sealing and cling-film overwrapping, making them suitable for chilled display, takeaway packaging and short-term food storage. Their stackable structure helps optimize warehouse space and improve packaging efficiency.
