The formed products then enter a controlled drying stage. Proper temperature and drying time help remove excess moisture, stabilize the structure and improve product strength. Once dried, the products undergo strict quality inspection. Our quality-control system covers order review, incoming-material inspection, in-process checks, final inspection and outgoing inspection. Key characteristics—including appearance, dimensions, weight, cleanliness, structural integrity and packaging condition—are examined before shipment.
